Toxic Positive: Location, but that was it. Certainly falsely represented. Negative: Arrived to multiple dead cockroaches and another alive one. Smelled like it had just been fumigated. Windows don’t open fully and inaccessible to most. Taken issue up with agent and was told to see if settles later. Returned after few hours and still toxic smelling. Addressed the issues with caretaker and owner but both brushed it off saying it’s “normal” Forced to evacuate property at 8pm and book into another hotel nearby. Just an absolute disaster and will advise booking.com to investigate this. Message to owner to address the issue and refund as it was falsely advertised, seems to have fallen on deaf ears.

Positive: Veldig praktisk for liten familie som trengte et sted å på kort varsel. Gode senger og velfungerende toalett. Godt utstyrt kjøkken også, med inkludert kaffe Negative: Det var en del møbler som ikke var helt i orden, løse hyller og små ting. Noen av dekor-putene virket litt skitne.

Immer wieder gerne. Positive: Die Lage. Es war alles sehr praktisch, man hat slles gefunden und hat nichts mehr gebraucht. Negative: Das warme Wasser zum Duschen reicht für 2 bis 3 Personen. Obwohl wir so schnell wie möglich geduscht haben, duscht die vierte Person mit kaltem Wasser.

Wonderful host, wonderful property and wonderful location. Would definitely stay there again. Positive: Fantastic location in Madrid. Easy access to everything. Negative: No air conditioner. Only ceiling fans. Was fine during our stay, but could be hot during warmer months.
