Wonderful spot for a solo or couple stay Positive: It was a wonderful, cozy stay in a great location, with everything needed. Host was great and very responsive. Negative: The only thing that is a little tough is how low the ceiling of the loft bedroom is. For anyone tall, they may want to sleep on the couch bed downstairs.

Positive: I booked it last minute. The airline lost my luggage. I stood in line for two hours to figure out how to get it back. So now I didn't have clothes to wear. I was traveling with two puppers, and it was a stressful situation. It was a brand new city for me. I had to rent a car, which took another hour. It was never the plan to stay the night in Madrid. Finding this place at the last minute was such a relief. Negative: I got to this place at 2 am. My husband and I couldn't figure out how to get the key to get in. Our internet was spotty. Once in, the place was freezing cold. There weren't enough blankets. The pillows were small and flat. It made it for an uncomfortable night. We woke up precisely at 10:48 am. Mind you we had traveled from California and we were jetlagged. We asked for a later checkout, maybe an hour. It was declined at first. This added to our stress. Once we were about to leave we got a message that we could leave later.

Positive: Extremely well equipped apartment with anything you can image from brand new toaster to scale for your bags. The shower was amazing also ! The apartment was very comfortable. We had to book it last minute, late at night, and we found the owner almost immediately and he saved us by letting us check in within a few minutes! Finally, the location is very good, near the center and metro station. Negative: Nothing!

Positive: The location of the property is central. Negative: There was not enough bedding and towels for our family 4, and the general state of those available looked like they were not all washed after the last users. Although I contacted the host on a french number, as the local one was turned off, and he told me that he will call his assistant and call me back, no one contacted us or brought new towels and sheets during our 4 day stay. I also emailed, and received no response.
